Ellav is a quick marksman who gathers spare charges and turns them into sharp bursts. He pokes with careful shots, builds firing pace when stocked, then can plant his feet to spray a wide cone that rips through grouped foes. Smart ammo choices, scavenging, cashing out for speed, or saving for a sweeping unload, shape every fight.

Fire 3 stored Twinspire Charges in a single scatterburst, trading accuracy for rapid front-loaded damage. The ability only fires if Ellav has enough charges banked.
Ability 2
Lighten the Load
Dump 50% of stored Twinspire Charges at your feet in a clatter. Ellav surges with movement speed for a short burst, then returns to normal.
Passive: Carrying more than 15 Twinspire Charges grants 20% attack speed.
Ability 3
Shredder Barrage
Ultimate
Channel to unleash every stored Twinspire Charge in rapid succession. The barrage stops if Ellav is disabled; unused charges are kept if the channel is interrupted.
