Each basic attack builds Storm Charge stacks. At maximum stacks, Velcara's next basic attack consumes all charges to fire an energized shot that deals bonus magical damage in a small area and slows affected targets.

Ability 1
Chain Lightning
Fire a bolt of lightning that strikes the first enemy hit, then chains to additional nearby enemies. Each enemy struck grants Velcara a Storm Charge, rewarding aggressive positioning and multi-target engagements.
Ability 2
Surge
Dash in the target direction while gaining movement speed for a short duration. During this enhanced movement, Velcara generates Storm Charges over time, allowing for rapid charge accumulation.
Ability 3
Storm's Fury
Ultimate
Channel briefly to summon a persistent storm at the target location that damages and slows enemies within its area. If cast with sufficient Storm Charges, the storm's size and damage are significantly increased, creating a powerful area denial tool.
